Fruit, Yogurt, and Granola Bowl

No matter what you call it, fruit yogurt and granola bowls are easy, quick, delicious, and infinitely customizable. It's a less than 5-minute prep time healthy breakfast, which is a go-to meal for me any time of day. Think of it as a very simple parfait.

- 1 Cup fruit
- 1/2 Cup yogurt
- 1/4 Cup granola (or 1/2 Cup cereal)
Fill a bowl about half way with fruit. (If it's frozen, give it a quick zap in the microwave to thaw. If it's canned, drain or drink the juice.)
Top the fruit with a serving of yogurt.
Add cereal or granola for crunch.
