No-recipe recipes are the best. It’s so nice to be able to throw ingredients together without thinking about it and end up with a great meal. These easy fruit salsa fish tacos are exactly that.
You’ll need frozen fish filets, tortillas, pico de gallo, and a mandarin orange fruit cup.
Cook the fish filets according to package directions. Drain the mandarin orange fruit cup and mix the segments into the pico de gallo. When the fish is done, put one filet on each tortilla and top with the pico de gallo. Tada! Easy-peasy fish tacos.
These belong to my weeknight recipe category.
Enjoy!
