Easy Fruit Salsa Fish Tacos

Looking for a quick and flavorful dinner? These Easy Fruit Salsa Fish Tacos combine crispy fish filets with a sweet and tangy fruit pico de gallo, making them a family favorite that’s ready in just 30 minutes.

No-recipe recipes are the best. It’s so nice to be able to throw ingredients together without thinking about it and end up with a great meal. These easy fruit salsa fish tacos are exactly that.

This recipe is inspired by Gimme Some Oven’s version. My version uses store bought pico and frozen fish sticks for weeknight simplicity.

You Only Need 4 Ingredients

You’ll need:

  • Frozen fish filets: We like the Gorton’s Crunchy Breaded.
  • Tortillas: Corn and flour are both great, use your favorite.
  • Store-bought Pico de Gallo: Use the spice-level your family likes. I like mild.
  • Mandarin Orange Fruit Cup: A staple in any household with kids, right?

3 Steps to Fruit Salsa Fish Tacos

  1. Cook the fish filets according to package directions.
(The air fryer method is superb.)
  2. Drain the mandarin orange fruit cup and mix the segments into the pico de gallo.
  3. When the fish is done, put one filet on each tortilla and top with the fruity pico de gallo.

Tada! Easy-peasy fish tacos.
