Peanut Butter S'mores Bark

This easy-to-make s’mores bark takes everything you love about the campfire treat and gives it an indulgent twist. Rich 72% dark chocolate is melted with creamy peanut butter, then topped with golden grahams and mini marshmallows for the perfect balance of crunch, chew, and melt-in-your-mouth goodness. The peanut butter adds a satisfying richness that makes this feel just a little more snack-worthy!

- 1 Bag 72% dark chocolate chips
- 2/3 Cup smooth peanut butter
- 2 handful mini marshmallows
- 2 handful graham cracker cereal
Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate and peanut butter together on 50% power, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
Pour half of the chocolate peanut butter mixture onto the parchment paper and spread to approximately 1/8" thick (the shape doesn't matter). Sprinkle with 1 handful of graham cracker cereal and 1 handful of marshmallows.
Pour the remaining chocolate peanut butter mixture onto top and sprinkle another handful each of the cereal and marshmallows.
Place the sheet pan in the refrigerator until the chocolate has hardened, about 45 minutes.
Break into pieces and store in an airtight container.
